The police in Noida have filed a case against Vivek Bindra because they believe he hurt his wife, Yanika Bindra.
Vivek and Yanika got married on December 6, and the case was filed on December 14, eight days after their wedding, according to a report by India Today.
Vivek Bindra's brother-in-law, Vaibhav, filed a complaint against him under certain sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
According to Vaibhav, there was a disagreement between Vivek and his mother, and when Vaibhav tried to step in, a fight occurred.
